All Levels Yoga
This class will progress through a six-week series using a combination of moving as well as static postures (asanas). The practice will change from week to week, progressing to a deeper level of relaxation as well as increasing stamina and energy.Level I
This class will cover the basics of yoga postures, breathing and meditation. Beginners welcome.Level I-II Yoga
This class is designed for yoga enthusiasts who have some experience in the basics of yoga and are interested in furthering their knowledge with the practice of asanas, pranayama & meditation.NOTE: Level II requires three months prior Yoga experience.
