Class Schedule and Online Sign Up

SoundYoga series classes are all eight weeks long unless otherwise noted. You may join a virtual series at any time. Maximum in-person class size is 6 students. Email us at info@soundyoga.com if you would like more information about our in-person classes.

By signing up for a series class you are committing to that class once a week. You will be allowed one make-up per class per session.

Wear loose, layered clothing • Bring your own Yoga mat and blanket  No perfume please • Drink water • Do not eat two hours prior to class • Please arrive five minutes before class begins.

If you are NEW to SoundYoga and want to enroll in a class mid series, please contact the studio for a pro-rated fee.
